We hope you love your Decollective pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@decollectivejewels.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

All sale, gift cards, and custom made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
